Crossbow provides a broad range of gateway boards. Multiple interfaces, including Ethernet, Wifi, USB and serial are supported to provide a base station for connecting an IRIS, MICAz or MICA2 sensor network to an enterprise, industrial or custom network, or locally to a PC. The MIB family consists of the MIB510, MIB520 and MIB600 basic gateway boards and offers either RS-232, USB or Ethernet interfaces. Programming capabilities for the MICA wireless modules is provided by connecting a MIB gateway board to a PC that runs the MoteWorks software platform. The IIB is designed to provide dual USB serial ports and a JTAG interface for the Imote2. The interface board can be attached directly to the Imote2 and can be used to facilitate the debugging of advanced sensor boards. The Stargate NetBridge is an embedded sensor network gateway device. It is based on the Intel IXP420 XScale processor and runs Debian Linux operating system. The NetBridge features 32MB of on-board RAM, a 2GB FLASH disk, one wired Ethernet and two USB 2.0 ports.
